Chicken Cordon Bleu Dip


A wonderful dip for parties which includes sour cream, mayonnaise, ham, chicken, swiss cheese and Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard. 



1 cup                 Sour cream
1/2 cup              Mayonnaise
1/3 cup              Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard
1 cup                 Ham, diced
2 cups               Chicken, cooked, shredded
1 cup                 Swiss cheese, shredded
                          Tortilla or Sea Salt Pita Chips
                          Pepper to taste



Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, Anna Mae’s Smoky Mustard and pepper. Spread dip on bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle diced ham on top of dip. Spread shredded chicken over the diced ham. Finally, spread the shredded Swiss cheese over the shredded chicken.

Place dip in oven and bake for 18 - 20 minutes. Serve warm with Tortilla or Sea Salt Pita Chips.
