Warm Brownie Sundae
Rich chewy brownies get topped with a cool scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and warm espresso infused dark chocolate sauce for the ultimate dessert treat.
3/4 cup Heavy cream
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Dark Chocolate Dessert Topping
1 1/2 tsp. Instant coffee or espresso powder
1 box Brownies, prepared and cut into squares
1 quart Vanilla bean ice cream
Melt the heavy cream, Dark Chocolate Dessert Topping, and instant coffee in a bowl over simmering water until smooth, stirring occasionally. Place a brownie on each plate, top with a scoop of ice cream, and serve with warm dark chocolate sauce drizzled on top.
